1. Where is the Media Center located?
The Media Center and Lounge will be located on Level 3 of the West Building, McCormick Place at the entrance to the main exhibit floor.
2. How do I reserve an interview room?
Interview rooms are available to exhibitors for up to three hours per day and are located in the Media Center. You can begin reserving time in the interview rooms on April 1, 2009 by emailing LaTanya Davis at

. On-site, rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. How do I reserve a press conference room?
Exhibitors can reserve a press conference room for two hours. You can begin reserving press conference rooms on April 1, 2009 by emailing LaTanya Davis at

. Press conferences cannot be held on the exhibit floor.
4. How do I send out a press release during SUPERCOMM?
Business Wire is the official news release distribution service for SUPERCOMM, providing media, analysts and anyone with an interest in this event worldwide with 24/7 access to exhibitor news releases, multimedia and online media kits. This is facilitated through our exhibitor news archive which is located within the “media center” area of the official SUPERCOMM show website.

. Additionally, Business Wire representatives will be onsite during SUPERCOMM to assist with press release distribution needs.
5. How can I post a press release on the SUPERCOMM web site?
There are two ways to post a press release to the SUPERCOMM web site. The first way it to distribute your release via Business Wire and it will be posted in real time to the site via the Business Wire feed. You can also send your press release as a Word document to the SUPERCOMM PR team at

The material will be reviewed by the PR team and then made live on the site.
6. How many press kits should I send to SUPERCOMM?
SUPERCOMM is going green! As part of our efforts to implement business practices that are socially responsible and environmentally conscious, we are pleased to announce that SUPERCOMM 2009 will support a paperless press office this year, eliminating the need for traditional hard copy press kits. To meet the needs of our exhibitors, we are again partnering with Virtual Press Office who will house your online press kits on the official SUPERCOMM show site.
