Exhibit Hours, Installation and Dismantling Schedule

*The 4:30 pm deadline is necessary so carpet can be installed throughout the hall. All hard wall construction of exhibits and all truss work must be completed by this time.
**On Monday, June 8, exhibitors may continue working in their booths but must keep the aisles clear of cartons. All gang boxes, ladders, etc. must be off the floor by 2:00 pm
Exhibitors are expected to keep their booths operational until show closing at 3:00 pm on
Thursday, June 11. No early teardowns.

Aisle carpet must be removed before empty containers can be returned. To facilitate crate return after show closing, dismantling may take place in booth areas only. Display labor will not be allowed on the show floor for one-half hour after the show closes. The aisles must remain clear to remove carpet. |

Exhibitor Housing
The SUPERCOMM team knows that your housing experience impacts your view of the show and we are continually working to successfully accommodate your housing needs. We are partnering with Ambassadors as our official housing bureau. Our goals are to:
- Ensure that our exhibitors and attendees are being offered the lowest rate available
- Increase room inventory throughout the city to make more hotel rooms available for both our exhibitor and attendee constituents; and
- Maximize our room blocks’ performance.
We have maximized our hotel room commitments from hotels in the Chicago area. All official hotels will be included in the SUPERCOMM transportation system.
