Take advantage of this free publicity opportunity! Be one of the first exhibitors to put your SUPERCOMM news announcements in front of the attending press/analysts.
We invite you to submit information alerting the press of your show news and highlights. The deadlines to submit are April 10, 2009, May 15, 2009, and May 19, 2009.
Submissions should be no more than 75 words. We will email each “FIRSTLook” to press, media and analysts within one week after the deadline date.
Submissions will also be posted in the online SUPERCOMM 2009 Media Center. If your information is embargoed, please make note of that so we are sure to honor the embargo date.

Pre-Registered Press & Analyst List
This year’s list will reflect all members of the press and analyst community who have registered to attend SUPERCOMM 2009. We will begin distributing the list in mid-to-late April. The list will be distributed via email to those exhibitors who submit the PR/AR/IR Contact form.
Show Daily
The Show Daily editorial team will deliver coverage of the companies, technologies and developments making news at SUPERCOMM through the print Daily News, Program guide, Daily News site and e-newsletters.
Press Conferences
Holding a press conference at SUPERCOMM can be an excellent way to announce your company’s big news to the key press and analysts covering your space. Press conference space is available to exhibitors for an hour and a half (including set-up/breakdown) at no cost.
Interview Rooms
Meeting rooms in the Media Center area are available to exhibitors for up to three hours per day. Once on-site, meeting rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
